Phone Calls and Voicemail 84
To call someone in your contacts list, the stored phone number needs to have a "+" sign followed
by the country code, area code, and phone number.
1. Tap > .
2. Enter the first few letters of a contact name, and then tap a contact to call. If you dont have the
number stored, touch and hold the until a "+" sign appears. Then enter the country code,
area code, and phone number, and tap .
The Phone dialer automatically adds your international dialing code to the number.
Note: The Phone dialer dials as is and doesnt automatically add your international access code when
you dial a phone number that has a "+1" in front or when theres no plus sign in front of the number.
Important: International calls may incur additional fees. Contact Sprint customer service for details.
Change the International Dialing Code
By default, the international dialing code is set to 011. When youre traveling in another country, you can
set the international dialing code to your current location.
1. Tap > > Settings.
2. Tap Call > CDMA call settings > Plus code dialing > International dialing.
3. Enter the dialing code of the country where youre located, and then tap OK.
Return a Missed Call
Youll see this icon in the status bar when you missed a call.
1. Slide the notification panel open to check who the caller is.
2. To return the call, spread your two fingers on the missed call notification to expand it, and then
tap Call back.
Tips:
You can also tap the notification to display call history and then tap the entry to call it.
If you have multiple missed calls, tap the missed calls notification to open the Call history tab.
